The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership in generating and maintaining new business.
In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, planning events and developing new business relationships.
Responsibilities
| Coordinate, schedule calendar appointments and booking agreements as required | |
| Manage incoming and outgoing communications | |

Successful applicant will need to have:
| Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken. | |
| Own laptop computer and phone device. | |
| Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, WIX, Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint & Outlook. | |
| Hold a current drivers license. |

Education Requirement - Year 12 or equivalent​
Previous experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry preferred.
